I Passed!!!!

I'm sure you've noticed that it has been a while since my last post. Well, I have been studying to get my ACE health coaching certification.

Today, I took my test and I passed it!

I am so excited. This means that now, I am not only a certified personal trainer, but I am also a health coach. I know a lot of you are probably wondering what the difference is. Basically, it's the next step in coaching.

I cannot wait to see you all again, soon.
