Getting Real
I said I was going to write a blog post every week. That I was going to be consistent. Then, almost immediately I missed a week. I usually go into these posts with a general, very vague, idea of what I am going to write about. Today, I have sat here watching the cursor blink at me for almost 5 minutes. Yoga Foundations
Happy Wednesday! I'm so sorry that I missed last Wednesday, but it simply couldn't be helped. Lately, I have felt the universe calling me to help people understand the foundations of yoga. I have shared a different concept each day on my Facebook and Instagram pages. I am going to bring it all together just a bit here. I have heard from certain people of different religions that they cannot do yoga because it is a religion. Yoga is not a religion it is a belief system. I know
